A wonderful skirt with an elastic waist and beautiful double pleats. The combination of the elastic with these double pleats is beautiful - it creates a lovely, flattering shape on the body. It has a beautiful volume when you move, resulting from the double pleats.  Made of a cotton popeline in navy with black polkadots.
