This Crotch strap consists of two loops and a buckle that attach to the wait belt of a PFD/Life Jacket, which, once fed through the legs of the wearer, helps prevent the user from falling out the bottom of their jacket.

This is especially helpful with PFDs & Life Jackets that have a retrieval loop on the neck (Commonly found on child and junior PFDs & Life Jackets), as this allows rescuers to pick the life jacket wearer out of the water with minimal effort.
